The Service provides estimates of EV battery State of Health, remaining useful life, and replacement cost based on published industry averages. Estimates are provided "as is" with no warranty of accuracy. They are not a substitute for diagnostic testing by a qualified technician or for written quotes from authorized service providers.

2. No professional advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, automotive, engineering, or legal advice. Always verify findings with a certified service provider before purchase, sale, or repair decisions.

3. Trademarks

Tesla, Nissan, Ford, Chevrolet, Hyundai, Kia, BMW and all other product names referenced on the Service are trademarks of their respective owners. EV Battery Cost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer.

4. Acceptable use

• No scraping, automated querying, or denial-of-service activity
• No reverse engineering of the calculator for commercial republishing
• No use of the Service to mislead consumers about a specific vehicle

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EV Battery Cost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including decisions made based on estimates produced by the calculator.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
